Support event kitchens as a Culinary Steward with sanitation expertise, physical capability, and readiness for posted event schedules. Own transportation and late-night availability are required.

This position maintains dishes, equipment, work areas, and food preparation surfaces in orderly sanitary condition. Responsibilities include operating assigned washing equipment, polishing silver, removing trash, and transferring supplies. Previous dishwashing and industrial machine experience are preferred, but dishwashing experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, sanitary dish and kitchen areas
Clean assigned serviceware, cookware, trays, and utensils
Wash refrigerators, meat blocks, walls, and preparation surfaces




Remove waste and clean designated garbage containers
Assist with loading, unloading, and supply transfers

Requirements:
Willingness to work in a quick-paced workplace
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Physical ability to carry out position duties
Availability for events listed on Rogers Place Event Page
Ability to work past midnight with own transportation
