Accountivity is hiring an Accounting Manager for an existing vacancy with its Toronto client. The position manages daily banking, accounting operations, mortgage portfolios, investor reconciliations, and monthly reporting. It also oversees payments, renewals, collections, audits, tax slips, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily banking and accounting operations
Prepare month-end financial reports and schedules
Reconcile mortgage portfolios and investor accounts
Process payments, wires, renewals, payouts, and discharges
Coordinate audits, tax slips, and FSRA filings

Requirements:
Ability to maintain accurate financial records
Experience investigating discrepancies and outstanding balances
Ability to monitor delinquent mortgage accounts
Ability to negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines
Knowledge of regulatory and investor reporting requirements
