This full time Inside Sales Representative supports customers and the sales team across legacy product lines. You will manage inquiries, quotations, orders, and fulfilment coordination involving precision equipment, microblasting products, machine-tool accessories, and lubricants. The schedule is 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Clarify requirements, part numbers, quantities, and product details
Prepare, issue, and revise product quotations
Review purchase orders against quotations and delivery details
Coordinate order status, shipping,
and expected delivery dates
Requirements:
At least three years’ preferred relevant work experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and customer focus
Comfort using email, spreadsheets, order-processing systems, and Zoho CRM
Organizational, follow-up, time-management, and problem-solving skills
