The work centers on cleaning, transporting, and storing china, glassware, cooking equipment, utensils, and silverware. You will maintain dish room, kitchen aisle, and back-of-house cleanliness while monitoring dishwasher temperatures and chemicals. The position suits someone detail-oriented, productive, reliable, and committed to organized kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain sanitation throughout dish rooms, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas
Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemicals using required procedures
Set up, operate, break down,



and clean dish machines
Wash, sort, store, and return sanitized kitchen items
Clean trash cans, docks, dumpsters, floors, walls, and baseboards

Requirements:
