As a Maintenance Worker, you will support the Maintenance Manager and Facilities team. The work covers general repairs, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds upkeep, and resident requests. You will help maintain a protected, comfortable 107-suite independent living community.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete general repairs and preventive maintenance
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
Document work orders accurately and timely
Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, and exteriors
Support seasonal grounds and parking upkeep

Requirements:
One to two or more years’ maintenance experience is an asset
High school diploma required
Understand basic plumbing, electrical, and repair techniques
Use hand and power tools safely
Provide a explicit Criminal Record Check
