As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop, manage, and nurture partner relationships for GreenShield Administration. You will support health perks clients through service agreements, claims administration, revenue growth, and integrated solutions. The position requires account management experience with third-party payors, TPAs, or advisors, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with partners and anticipate business needs
Deliver service level agreements and monitor contractual commitments
Manage revenue, margin, and integrated sales targets




Resolve issues and escalate emerging service challenges
Support client transitions, renewals, and contract amendments

Requirements:
Minimum five years as an Account Executive or Account Manager
Experience with third-party payors, TPAs, or health benefits advisors
Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
Knowledge of perks administration and group insurance
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada
