The Store Supervisor oversees daily retail activities while supporting associates, customers, vendors, and the Store Owner or Manager. Responsibilities include training, ordering, replenishment, inventory management, scheduling input, and policy execution. The role also covers opening and closing, community involvement, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned store departments

Requirements:
One to three years of retail management experience
Proven ability to motivate and lead teams
