As an Order Entry Technician, you will enter new, remake, and service orders while supporting production routing. The work includes Salesforce cases, credits, customer settings, and order updates. Key Responsibilities:

- Enter new, remake, and service orders into systems
- Release EDX orders for appropriate processing
- Process Salesforce cases and credit returns
- Read and save incoming customer instrument settings

Requirements:

- Secondary education or equivalent required
- Previous general office experience required
