Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days in office per week Support new 2027 work streams, including parts discount programs and current sales channels for parts, contributing to both analytical work and execution of project plans. Analyze and report on key areas of Ford's Parts & Service Marketing business, such as eCommerce activation, the wholesale parts industry, Ford Dealer websites, Quick Lane operations, and customer offers. Preparing, communicating, and reporting on the Dealer Satisfaction Survey Developing, publishing, and communicating Dealer Product Knowledge assets Conducting Accessories pricing studies and other related analyses Support development and reporting for additional programs, such as Oil, Tire, and Brake. Help maintain Dealer and consumer communication platforms across B2B, B2C, and eCommerce channels. Provide administrative support, including annual internal control requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including Ford Protect, Quick Lane, Wholesale, Accessories,



and Ford Parts Brand — to understand their needs and support broader department goals. Support the Customer Experience (CX) Team in planning and executing quarterly projects related to Ford Guest Experience, Learn & Drive, Mobile Service, Pickup & Delivery, and Ford Rewards. Use the OneCX Guest Feedback Platform to identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.
Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset. For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25
- $30.12 For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72
