Contribute to research and inspiration across the women's design team, bringing fresh perspective into the design process Partner closely with Designers and Senior Designers, helping bring seasonal concepts to life from initial idea through to final product. Support the Designer or Senior Designer in creating and updating tech sketches Support Designers or Senior Designers by taking detailed notes during fittings and updating styles accordingly, and develop a thorough understanding of all styles Systematically manage files, documents, and accurate records and notes, in order to support the overall Design team Maintain and organize the design space, sample library and keep track of inspirational samples 0
- 2 years minimum industry experience is required, ideally in athletic/sportswear design (or an interest in this category) ~ BA,



BFA or BS in Design (or equivalent skilled experience) ~ Proficient in Adobe Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) ~ Design skills
- support the team in creating garments that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and commercially viable. This includes supporting the team in creating mock-ups, relevant note taking during fittings, and updating styles ~ Communication
- clearly articulate design ideas and concepts to the team, stakeholders and cross functional partners, both verbally and visually. Organizational skills
