Use solid situational awareness and calm communication as a part-time Retail Security Officer at Toronto Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto. Paladin Security’s Mall Patrol Guard role supports a major retail destination with extensive shopper and tenant activity. You will maintain a visible presence, recognize potential security concerns, coordinate responses, and support emergency procedures. Previous retail, mall, or high-volume security experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor shopper and tenant activity for safety concerns Deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity visibly Coordinate responses with dispatch, supervisors, and team members Support evacuations and emergency services coordination Manage crowds during sales and special events

Requirements:
Calm, professional conduct during high-pressure situations Clear written communication for detailed reports Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Ontario Security License or ability to obtain one Willingness to complete UOF and MOAB certification Bring observation, crowd-management, and emergency coordination abilities to Paladin Security’s Toronto Eaton Centre patrol team.
