Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team for a 12-month contract. As the Accounting Analyst, you will oversee some components of the financial activities of our main corporation, as well as its associated entities.

Manage and process payroll and reconcile financial transactions for associated company of 25 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments Prepare and process EFT and check run payments for associated companies, including bank reconciliations for multiple accounts (USD and CAD) Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)



for associated companies and assist with detailed reporting for the CFO Review posted Accounts Payable invoices for the main company Analyze weekly purchase order spending to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support strategic financial decisions Review provided payroll and overtime reports to ensure efficiency and appropriate staffing levels Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards Post‑secondary education in accounting, finance or related field ~1+ years' experience in accounting or financial operations, ideally managing multiple entities ~ Robust understanding of payroll systems (Paydirt experience an asset) and accounting software (Netsuite + Simply Accounting preferred) ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Suites ~ Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. We currently employ 890+ highly skilled team members, operating out of 4 locations, with 12 facilities globally. Corporate headquarters is located in Oldcastle (Windsor), Canada, with additional full capability facilities in Pulaski, Tennessee, Queretaro, Mexico, and Treviso, Italy.
