Shape advisor growth at iA Private Wealth as a Regional Director focused on recruitment, coaching, and sustainable business practices. This is a hybrid position.

The Regional Director supports advisor recruitment, development, onboarding, and regional business growth. Working closely with the Regional Vice-President, this role helps advisors improve productivity, client acquisition, asset consolidation, and retention. Success requires relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, execution, and comfort with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit Investment Advisors and guide recruitment and transition processes
Support onboarding, productivity milestones, coaching, and training needs
Manage advisor relationships and translate objectives into development activities
Promote acquisition, referrals, planning, marketing,



and retention practices
Encourage CRM, analytics, planning, and digital marketing tool adoption

Requirements:
Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment and support
Background in business development, practice management, or sales support
Robust relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, and execution skills
Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting tools
Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration
