Support residents as a Security Concierge in Toronto, using communication, organization, and calm decision-making across scheduled evening and weekend shifts.

FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge to provide information, services, protection, and customer assistance at an onsite community. The position requires communication, organizational ability, self-motivation, outgoing service, and attention to detail. You will manage access, monitor property conditions, and respond to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify needs
Schedule authorized vendor access to residential units
Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy
Conduct property patrols and respond to fire alarms




Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security License
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Business, Hospitality, Police, or Security Foundations courses are assets
Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure
Ability to lift 50 pounds and communicate by phone and in person
