The Assistant Festival Producer works under the Artistic Director and Festival Producer during the Thousand Faces Festival. Responsibilities include planning productions, coordinating artists and volunteers, and supporting multidisciplinary programming. The festival includes school programming, public family and adult programming, and potentially a school tour.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with programming activities and production planning
Coordinate artists and volunteers during festival activities
Help finalize programmed shows and activities




Participate in physical setup across festival programming
Present onsite for predetermined festival and school activities

Requirements:
Coursework in arts and cultural management, theatre, or event management
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Solid leadership skills and willingness to delegate tasks
Event planning and execution experience is helpful
Management experience with volunteers or employees is an asset
