Support open access publishing through payment processing and helpdesk service with the Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford.

As a Senior Assistant, you will help researchers navigate payment processes within the Open Access Payments Team. You will process Article Processing Charge and Book Processing Charge applications and invoices. The work supports accurate, responsive administration across researchers, University colleagues, and publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line helpdesk support for open access payment processes
- Process Article Processing Charge applications and invoices
- Process Book Processing Charge applications and invoices
- Manage payment requests and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
