As an Import Representative, you will verify import details and request clearance instructions and broker designation. Daily work includes resolving paperwork issues, tracing shipments, recording status updates, and assisting customers with international shipment information. Knowledge of Canadian Customs Import and Export regulations, FedEx Operations, and basic Excel is preferred for this interview position.

Requirements:
Canadian high school or GED equivalent
Six months required to learn or adjust

Basic Excel knowledge preferred
