This permanent, full time Executive Officer role serves customers face to face, digitally, and by telephone. You will support people claiming Universal Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Jobseekers Allowance, and Income Support. Your work helps customers job search effectively, access suitable vacancies, and receive appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers claiming working age perks
Advise customers on effective digital job search actions
Match customers with suitable vacancies and opportunities
Build trusting relationships that encourage and motivate customers




Manage your caseload and make timely support decisions

Requirements:
Customer-focused approach with empathy and compassion
Sound judgement when supporting challenging customer circumstances
Ability to communicate face to face, digitally, and by telephone
