Key Responsibilities:
Analyze substation drawing packages and site photographs
Review customer requests, outage history, and budgets
Build effective scopes for outage prevention work
Present budgetary scopes to external stakeholders
Report site data variances against initial scopes

Requirements:
Business degree or equivalent practical experience
At least three years in a similar workplace
Ability to understand electrical utility and wildlife behavior
Robust analytical and mathematical skills
