Allied Universal is hiring for a Security Guard position combining traditional security duties with communication responsibilities. You will maintain a professional presence throughout the shopping center while responding to incidents and customer service situations. The schedule is days on a continental rotation from 09:30 to 21:30.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors
Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures professionally
Perform mobile patrols of parking and exterior areas




De-escalate conflicts using effective communication techniques
Support evacuations and emergency response procedures

Requirements:
Ontario Security Guard License in valuable standing
First Aid and CPR certification
G Ontario Driver's License with clean abstract
Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
Ability to work independently and within a team
