Lead Bulk Barn store operations as a Corporate Store Key Holder, using proven leadership and qualified communication skills. This is temporary, part time work.

The Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor with daily business operations. You will manage staff when the Store Manager is absent, uphold Bulk Barn standards, and support customer service. The position includes delegation, coaching, cash transactions, restocking, cleaning, and delivery unloading.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards when required
Coach employees and delegate daily tasks effectively
Assist customers while exceeding customer expectations
Process cash transactions using POS and Interac terminals
Restock shelves,



clean stores, and unload deliveries exceeding 50 pounds

Requirements:
Proven leadership abilities and qualified communication skills
Experience using MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive disposition
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Availability for 12 to 25 hours weekly, Monday through Sunday
