As part of the Counterparty Risk, Financial Assurances team, you will support preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, and execute financial assurance documentation
Review documents against templates, contracts, and negotiated terms
Administer amendments, renewals, replacements, expiries, and reporting
Maintain accurate records in approved systems and repositories




Update templates, procedures, controls, and supporting materials

Requirements:
Recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal program completion
Minimum four years of Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
