Use professional baking skills to produce breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries before service. This weekend schedule begins at 5:00 a.m.

The baker works Saturdays and Sundays at the main Tim Hortons location inside Queensway Carleton Hospital. This position prepares products from approved recipes, follows production specifications, and helps meet daily requirements. It also requires opening the store, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting safe food handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries as required
- Follow recipes, production standards, and proper equipment procedures
- Check food presentation, display, service, and quality standards
- Maintain appropriate portions and serving temperatures




- Work calmly and efficiently during peak production and service

Requirements:

- Accredited skilled baking certificate or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
