You will assist with leading team members while supporting training, communication, performance management, and business growth. Food Safe Certification and previous retail or customer service experience are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with leading, coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Foster Always Customer First service throughout the department
- Support training, development, recognition, and performance management

- Count stock accurately and develop business growth strategies

Requirements:

- Food Safe Certification
- Previous retail or customer service experience considered an asset
