This role lead’s the evolution of our analytics capabilities in the agile retail and direct sales industries. The position is responsible for turning complex business questions and data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical leader and business partner who can identify the right questions, guide the team in uncovering the “so what” behind the data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for business leaders while advancing advanced analytics and AI adoption.Location: Mississauga, ON.
