This Security Guard assignment serves The North Face, part of VF Corporation, in a premier outdoor retail environment. The position supports daily store operations while maintaining a welcoming setting for visitors and personnel. Duties include communicating with store teams, dispatchers, and Paladin management, investigating concerns, and responding to emergencies. Related security or customer service experience is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain visible patrols throughout indoor and outdoor areas
- Help personnel and visitors follow security requirements
- Document safety hazards, complaints,



and security incidents promptly
- Represent Paladin and The North Face professionally
- Respond immediately according to established emergency protocols

Requirements:

- First Aid and CPR Level C certification from approved vendor
- Written and spoken English fluency
- Authorization to work legally in Canada
- UOF and MOAB certification or Paladin training completion
- Previous related experience is an asset
