Coordinate construction administration and Microsoft 365 workflows on-site in Canal Flats, supporting IREN’s 30 MW liquid-cooled AI data center campus. Keep crews, documents, and deadlines organized across rotating operations.

As Site Administrator, you report to the Construction Manager and support a large construction workforce. Your work includes daily reporting, timesheets, document control, camp coordination, meeting support, purchasing, expenses, and compliance tracking. You will communicate with trades, contractors, superintendents, General Foremen, vendors, and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compile daily progress and manpower reports
- Maintain crew rosters and track timesheets
- Log and distribute drawings, RFIs, permits, and safety documents
- Coordinate camp bookings, travel, access, and orientations




- Schedule meetings, track actions, and support purchasing

Requirements:

- Three or more years’ administrative, office management, or bookkeeping experience
- Construction, industrial, resource, or remote-site experience
- Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong organization and transparent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work on-site in Canal Flats, British Columbia
