Support hydronic systems and customer solutions for Armstrong Fluid Technology’s RSEC Team, working in person from Scarborough, Ontario.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist sales agencies, consulting engineers, contractors, and internal partners throughout Canada. Your work combines HVAC application engineering, product assistance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. You will help identify optimal offerings, capture technical decisions, analyze field feedback, and contribute to product improvement. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and R&D; is central to the position. The role also supports strategic technical projects, internal resources, and knowledge sharing across the Americas RSEC network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with Armstrong HVAC and hydronic products




- Propose solutions with sales and technical departments
- Analyze customer feedback and field experience
- Maintain records of interactions, issues, and competitor insights
- Contribute to technical tools, FAQs, and guides

Requirements:

- Mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or related technical education
- Two to three years in HVAC or technical support
- Working knowledge of hydronic application engineering principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BACnet or Modbus is an asset
