Support FortisBC users with technical troubleshooting and computer equipment maintenance in a full-time temporary student co-op chance. Start in January 2027.

This co-op student provides first-level technical support for FortisBC personal computing and related equipment. The assignment includes installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, deployment preparation, and software documentation. You will also support Information Systems project teams during a four- or eight-month term.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for computing equipment
- Perform upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Configure laptops and desktops for end-user deployment
- Update corporate software records and documentation
- Support FortisBC Information Systems project teams

Requirements:

- Enrollment in Computer Information Systems or equivalent program
- Enrollment in a co-op program
- Network infrastructure training in Cisco
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for a four- or eight-month term
