Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls Build and maintain candidate pipelines Prepare and update recruitment materials and job postings Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment administration Track recruitment activities and follow-up actions Min 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR, or Staffing Recruitment experience in heavy Industry like oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, construction or similar industry is an asset.
