The Communications Business Analyst supports strategic initiatives across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. This role combines business requirements gathering, technology implementation, communications strategy, and operational planning. You will help improve channels, tools, governance, and information access for geographically dispersed employees, including field and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead communications channel modernization and technology optimization initiatives
Support technology roadmaps, requirements, and investment priorities
Provide analysis and project management for cross-functional initiatives
Maintain communications policies, standards,



and governance frameworks
Build stakeholder alignment across Communications, Information Services, and business teams

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-secondary business analytics certificate
Four-plus years of progressive related qualified experience
Experience supporting technology, process improvement, or communications transformation projects
Robust analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
