Support GoodLife Fitness Members overnight in Medicine Hat with front desk expertise, customer service, and a welcoming club workplace. This part time role includes member check-ins and phone handling.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet Members and Potential Members, answer questions, and support positive club experiences. You will use club systems, explain memberships and amenities, and assist with FitFix and Cardio machines. The role also includes sales prospects and Fit-Fix Starter sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet Members and check them into the Club
Welcome Potential Members and direct them appropriately
Answer calls within three rings and book appointments
Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
Complete cleaning tasks and required Club runs

Requirements:
CPR-A and AED Certification
Smart Tan certification within three months
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency and customer service skills
Previous sales experience is an asset
