As a Customs Brokerage Associate, you will support Brokerage and International operations through accurate customs entries and shipment coordination. You will review commercial invoices, communicate with customers and customs authorities, and help ensure compliance with Canadian regulations. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Review commercial invoices and customs documents for accuracy
Prepare and submit compliant customs entries
Investigate discrepancies with customers and internal teams
Monitor clearance activities and shipment release timelines
Respond to customs and shipment status inquiries

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid administrative and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office and data entry proficiency
Customs brokerage experience preferred
