Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer vehicle needs and discuss alternative purchase options
Qualify buyers’ financing, insurance, and vehicle purchasing requirements
Present warranties, protection products, insurance, and accessories
Explain vehicle perks and financial purchasing details
Process funding applications with financial institutions and lenders
Requirements:
Two to three years’ F&I; or Financial Service Manager experience
OMVIC License in valuable standing
Business, Automotive, or related post-secondary degree or diploma
ERP, DMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Skilled communication, organization, and attention to detail
