Drive accurate AP and AR operations at Endy in Toronto, supporting high-volume transactions, reconciliations, and customer and vendor service in office.

The Specialist, Shared Services supports daily financial operations with primary responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will process transactions, maintain controls, support month-end close, and work within defined service levels and deadlines. The role serves vendors, customers, employees, and budget holders.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply cash and explicit unapplied customer payments promptly
Issue invoices, monitor aging, and follow up overdue balances
Process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements with approvals
Prepare payment runs through ACH, wire, and check
Reconcile AP, AR,



corporate cards, and balance sheet accounts

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Two to five years in AP, AR, or general accounting
Understanding of IFRS and financial controls
Experience with Xero, Fulfil, or comparable accounting systems
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
