Client Services Coordinators at Excellent Canadian Roofing & Siding organize inquiries, appointments, and CRM details. This role supports Field Estimators across Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Saskatchewan.

You will manage incoming inquiries and coordinate appointments for Field Estimators. The work combines customer service, scheduling, CRM updates, and accurate record keeping. You will also support reporting, documentation, and communication between sales and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming client inquiries and coordinate appointments
Schedule visits and confirm client details
Update CRM systems and track client interactions
Support sales reporting and documentation




Coordinate smooth handoffs from sales to production

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
One to two years administrative, customer service, or coordination experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract
Microsoft Office and CRM or administrative systems proficiency
Robust organization, communication, and attention to detail

Support clients, Field Estimators, and sales teams through organized scheduling, accurate CRM updates, and responsive communication.
