Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients for pharmacy care appointments
Verify health cards and complete patient registration processes
Manage appointments through the internal booking scheduler
Promote pharmacy clinic services and the PC Health app




Maintain records and complete clinic opening and closing checklists

Requirements:
Retail pharmacy or medical clinic experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid confidentiality, organization, and time management
Problem-solving ability and informed decision-making skills
Microsoft Outlook proficiency and willingness to learn current systems
