Maintain clean, orderly spaces through healthcare housekeeping, disinfection, floor care, and responsive emergency cleanup duties. This role supports protected daily environments.
As a Housekeeper, you will clean surgical procedure areas, washrooms, operating room tables, resident or patient rooms, and common areas. You will manage linen, beds, garbage removal, carpet care, and hard-floor cleaning. The work requires confidentiality, health and safety awareness, and immediate hazard reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect healthcare areas, equipment, surfaces, and fixtures
Strip, wash, make beds, and fold collected linen
Damp mop hard floors and auto scrub as needed
Vacuum carpets and complete carpet extraction when required
Respond to emergency cleanups and remove garbage
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare, hotel, or commercial cleaning
Strong time management and organizational skills
Valuable command of spoken and written English
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
