As a Resident Program Aide at New Orchard Lodge, you will support individual and group activation programs. You will work with assessed needs, resident records, and care planning. The position serves well and cognitively impaired residents through organized recreation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual activation programs
- Deliver group programs based on assessed resident needs
- Transport residents and prepare activity areas

Requirements:

- Approved Recreation and Leisure Services or Gerontology diploma or degree
- Robust written, verbal, and documentation skills
