As a Guest Services Intern with Crescent Hotels & Resorts, you will assist daily operations and supervise team members. You will welcome guests, coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling, and support outdoor programs. The internship develops hospitality skills through front-of-house and outdoor responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Guest Services responsibilities and coordinate daily team assignments
Assist scheduling, training, and shift handovers
Deliver guest service during arrivals, departures, and requests
Guide hikes, snowshoeing, and seasonal outdoor programs




Maintain safety, guest areas, logs, and operational communication

Requirements:
Currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution
Actively pursuing Hospitality or a related degree
At least 18 years of age
Robust written and verbal communication skills preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency and prior work experience preferred
