Key Responsibilities:
Accept recent written prescription orders and refill prescriptions
Verify patient, physician, medication, quantity, and refill details




Verify and input third-party coverage information
Scan and enter prescriptions into the Kroll database
Report dispensing concerns to the Pharmacist on Duty

Requirements:
Previous technician experience required
Solid customer focus and interest in serving others
Previous Kroll pharmacy software experience is an asset
Robust independent problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
