The Architectural Technologist manages recent model development from concept through sales release. You will complete working drawings, coordinate approvals, and collaborate with operations, trades, and internal teams. The work supports existing product enhancements and current product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recent model development through sales release
Complete Revit and AutoCAD working files
Create floor plans, sections, and pre-planned options
Coordinate drawings with Architectural Controls
Support construction issue reviews and required changes

Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field
Five-plus years of industry experience
Knowledge of building codes and government requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
