Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Assistant supports technical dispensing aspects and administrative duties. You will assist pharmacists with prescriptions, follow Calgary Co-op standards, and contribute to a skilled pharmacy workplace. The work includes inventory, merchandising, equipment care, and department housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing prescriptions accurately
Follow Calgary Co-op customer care and service standards
Order, receive, rotate, and count pharmacy inventory




Return outdated and unsaleable products appropriately
Maintain equipment, merchandise, and department appearance

Requirements:
Grade 12 education or acceptable equivalent combination
Pass the Calgary Co-op Pharmacy Assistant test
Recognized Pharmacy Assistant Program preferred
Two years of dispensing experience desirable
Attentiveness to detail and accuracy
