Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner supporting both locations. This tactical, co-located role advises Superintendents, General Supervisors, and first line leaders. You will align HR priorities with business strategy while strengthening relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise leaders on human capital matters across mill operations
Build productive relationships with employees and management
Support consistent application of policies and procedures
Manage training and development programs and assigned initiatives




Maintain effective transactional HR services and talent pipelines

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum five years’ HR Business Partner experience
Manufacturing or heavy industrial setting experience
Labour relations and collective agreement administration experience
Organized, communicative, cooperative, and confidential
