This Registered Nurse position serves Newfoundland and Labrador's 811 HealthLine and Mental Health Crisis Line. You will assess wide-ranging calls, follow Schmitt-Thompson protocols, provide nursing advice, and document clear clinical data. Mental health, addictions, and crisis intervention are central to the service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage callers by telephone and provide medical advice
- Deliver mental health and crisis intervention support
- Combine protocols with clinical judgment for dispositions
- Document confidential medical records to company standards
- Communicate concise direction during patient encounters

Requirements:

- Recognized School of Nursing graduation
- Two years of recent triage or clinical experience
- Mental health, addictions, or crisis care experience valued
- CRNNL licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
- Private workspace, computer, headset, and high-speed internet
