As Senior Advisor, you will support the Senior Manager, Public Relations, by managing donations, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships. Your responsibilities include advising teams, supporting senior leadership initiatives, and maintaining relationships with organizations and business networks. The position combines strategic recommendations with detailed administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review external and internal funding and sponsorship submissions
- Recommend engagement levels for associations and business networks
- Maintain partnership records, representatives, committees, and opportunities




- Prepare annual plans and monitor commitments and expenditures
- Coordinate committee meetings, submissions, decisions, and follow-up actions

Requirements:

- Degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related discipline
- Five or more years in philanthropy, sponsorships, or stakeholder engagement
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, judgment, and recommendation skills
- Excellent written communication in French and English
- Occasional travel availability within Canada when required
