The role includes directing, training, and developing Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers, and Crew with management support.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach team members and create an inviting work setting
Schedule crew according to labour, performance, and forecasts
Analyze restaurant data and recommend plans addressing negative trends




Investigate and resolve customer complaints within the restaurant
Monitor service quality and adjust positioning guidelines
