This Accounts Payable Co-op placement supports the Lindt Canada Accounts Payable team from January through April 2027. You will work with intercompany, co-pack, labor, packaging, and indirect expense invoices. The assignment also includes vendor inquiries, statement reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning and Packaging teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
Process indirect expenses in Basware
Reconcile statements and handle vendor inquiries




Complete administrative tasks upon request

Requirements:
Current finance or accounting co-operative program enrollment
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
Intermediate Excel, including VLookup and Pivot tables
Robust organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
