Protect Bell’s AI Fabric in Winnipeg as a Security Operations Coordinator using access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response expertise. This is a full time, in office position.

As part of Bell’s AI Fabric team, you will help secure facilities supporting next-generation technology. You will protect people, assets, telecom and IT infrastructure while providing front-line support to employees and visitors. The work combines security operations, customer service, documentation, and emergency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor building access and verify credentials
Manage visitor logs and conduct facility patrols
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency services
Maintain reports while protecting telecom and IT infrastructure

Requirements:
Experience with CCTV and access control systems
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Calm response under pressure
First Aid and CPR certification
Background check and reliability clearance
