As an RBC Amplify Developer, you will collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists on real RBC business challenges. You will research, design, create, and deliver a product or solution. The program includes technical and qualified training, coaching, mentoring, and access to subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:
Research business challenges and develop creative product solutions
Design, create, and deliver a functional prototype
Collaborate with cross-functional specialists and stakeholders




Apply agile development and design thinking tools
Pitch project strategy and results to stakeholders

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies
Graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
Understanding of programming, databases, platforms, or web technologies
Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
Experience with cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, or API technologies

Use programming, collaboration, and innovation skills to develop and pitch solutions addressing real business needs at RBC.
